France VAT : 20%
France renouvelables (technical organizer of CSB2026) is registered for VAT in France under the VAT number FR73 432 446 649.
It is required by the French authorities that we charge local VAT. The reverse charge mechanism does not apply and it is therefore not possible to receive an invoice without local VAT.
Please note, in case of need, an individual registration could be transferred to another person within the same organization / company before October 27th. In order to officialize this, the CSB2026 organizing committee must be informed.
Payment must be made after registration has been confirmed. Any payment made without prior registration will not be considered a valid registration.
Access will be granted on receipt of payment.
All the cancellations have to be sent in writing to France Renouvelables, 5 avenue de la République, 75011 Paris, France
Cancellation of the event : full refund of paid registration fee.
Cancellation before October 15 for severe and unexpected personal or professional reasons : full refund of paid registration fee if refund request accepted.
Cancellation request will be analyzed on a case-by-case basis, andthe decision will be taken on the information provided.
Cancellation after October 15: no refund.
